We are consumers that enjoy the restaurant quality of aged steaks. We tried other systems on the market with relative success but at a great cost. This encouraged us to develop a more economical solution to dry aging meats. The Dry Age Home Kit is made from recyclable material and is perfect for home use.

HOW THE PRODUCT AGES MEAT

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Remove meat from package

  • Pat dry using a clean paper towel

  • Weigh the meat (optional)

  • Place moisture pads in the bottom of the Dry Age Home kit box

  • Place rack on top of pads

  • Put meat on the rack

  • Do not season meat before aging

  • Place box in the refrigerator (make sure to support the bottom of the box)

  • Plug in fan using a USB plug

  • After the dry aging process, trim and discard harden dried outer layer of meat

  • Cut steaks according to desired thickness and grill to taste.

RECOMMENDATIONS

  • Recommended Whole cuts of meat such as tenderloin, striploin or ribeye. (Dry aging of single steaks is not recommended)

  • Dry age for 28-45 days

  • Temperature range 34- 29 degrees

  • Humidity range 60-85%
