We are consumers that enjoy the restaurant quality of aged steaks. We tried other systems on the market with relative success but at a great cost. This encouraged us to develop a more economical solution to dry aging meats. The Dry Age Home Kit is made from recyclable material and is perfect for home use.
HOW THE PRODUCT AGES MEAT
INSTRUCTIONS

Remove meat from package

Pat dry using a clean paper towel

Weigh the meat (optional)

Place moisture pads in the bottom of the Dry Age Home kit box

Place rack on top of pads
-
Put meat on the rack
-
Do not season meat before aging
-
Place box in the refrigerator (make sure to support the bottom of the box)

Plug in fan using a USB plug
-
After the dry aging process, trim and discard harden dried outer layer of meat

Cut steaks according to desired thickness and grill to taste.
RECOMMENDATIONS

Recommended Whole cuts of meat such as tenderloin, striploin or ribeye. (Dry aging of single steaks is not recommended)

Dry age for 28-45 days

Temperature range 34- 29 degrees

Humidity range 60-85%
